Your eyes are the windows through which you see the wonders of the world. Acer EyeProtect monitors protect your eyes by incorporating four important technologies: 1) Blue-light Filtering filters out harmful blue light. 2) Flicker-less technology reduces strain-causing screen flickering. 3) Acer ComfyView™ anti-glare technology cuts annoying background reflection. 4) Low-dimming tech lets you dim the screen to only 10% of brightness, which helps your eyes a lot when you work in dark environments.

Buy on Amazon.com: http://amzn.to/2do3AVq Welcome to my full review of the brand new Dell Ultrasharp U2515H monitor. The U2515H features a 25" diagonal and offers a 2560 x 1440 resolution. The IPS panel delivers great color reproduction and viewing angles. The monitor is very bright with 350 candela and defeats other displays like the AOC I2369VM. In addition to that the monitor also features Display Port, Mini Display Port and HDMI inputs. For gaming the U2515H is also a solid choice thanks to its relatively low response time. A full gaming demo will follow in a few days. While the monitor is one of the best ones I have ever tested, the blacks are not deep enough and the capacitive buttons are hit or miss. -Update: If what you DO want is sound coming out of your TV/Monitor, you want to select the HDMI / DVI device other then your main speakers. Essentially select the device you want sound coming from. If this is not working, try restarting the PC. In almost every case after a restart it will work. Right click on audio icon in system tray (bottom right) and select playback devices. Now select speakers. The sound should now work. No sound when using HDMI on laptop.
When you see NO SIGNAL on your monitor and your computer will not boot up, your monitor is not broken. It's most likely a computer hardware problem. Occasionally, VGA/DVI/HDMI cables fall off the back of a PC because they're not screwed in or connected securely. Cables may also become loose on the back of the monitor too, so check both ends. Also, check your power cables, surge protector, and battery backup mechanisms to ensure they're all properly connected and powered on. If your video and power cables are secured, your computer may have an electrical short caused by static electricity or a power surge. In many cases, removing the memory (RAM) chips and grounding them (touching them to metal) is enough to dissipate the short. Simply ground them, then re-insert them securely into their slots with a good strong push, and see if your computer powers up. If none of these solutions work, have a computer professional test your power supply unit and motherboard. Step 1: Make sure your monitor cable hasn't come loose and fallen away from your computer or the monitor itself. There are two screw ends holding VGA (15 pin blue) and DVI (wider white or black) connectors. Step 2: Reset your RAM memory. See the video for more instructions on how to do this. Step 3: Have a professional computer technician check your power supply and motherboard. It doesn't always work, but this quick fix could save you a bunch of time and money.
